This was the first product made in the Colle di Seta laboratory and it is still one of the most appreciated products in the range of sweet and sour vegetables produced by the company. It is ideal for making appetizers and aperitifs, as well as mixed salads. To prepare it, the onions are first peeled and washed. Then they are blanched in a solution made of vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Once cooked, the onions are drained and allowed to cool. They are then placed in jars and filled with the same solution used during the blanching phase.
