“Welcome” in the Swahili language and a Caribou on the background, animal symbolizing North America. Once common in the United States, particularly in the Midwest, Cream Ales represent one of the few indigenous beer styles which survived prohibitionism. The choice of yeast and the control of temperature in fermentation are maybe the most important traits of this style. Vague hints of malt, subtle sweetness, lightly veiled pale golden color and vibrant fizziness. Conceived as a light and refreshing drink for a hot day.
