Here is a masterpiece. A pâté that is receiving continuous appreciation from chefs and restaurateurs. Ideal for creating appetizers and aperitifs. The artichokes are sorted, cleaned, and cut in half. They are then cooked in a mixture of wine vinegar, water, and salt. Once cooked, they are left to cool and drain. They are then blended together with our extra virgin olive oil and other seasonings. The jars are filled with the pâté and finally pasteurized.
