The peeled organic “Filippo Cea” almonds of Toritto are renowned as one of the best almonds in Italy and in the whole world. The removal of the peel, achieved through vapor and mechanical means, gives the almond a more delicate flavor compared to its unshelled self while keeping the aroma of butter, its fragrance, softness and crunchiness. Our peeled almonds are ideal as snacks, energy sources for physical activity and widely used for confectionery products, first and second courses.
