1910 represents the unique and strong bind that Tenute Fraccia has with family. 1910 is the year of Pietro Zuccarello’s birth, one of the members who influenced its history the most. This oil, Organic certified, has a mildly intense fruity taste, bitter and spicy, with a tint of almond on the end. A blend obtained from the Secular Olive Trees of the Tenute Fraccia. Perfect to be used raw on meat and fish roasts, and on vegetables, soups, legumes and greens.
