Organic Almond Cream

Cream spread made from 60% Almonds of Toritto, “Filippo Cea” quality. Contains brown sugar and organic extra-virgin oil. It’s a sweet, delicate and strongly almond-flavored cream: a homemade-like spreadable cream. Almonds, after unshelling, selection and peeling, are lightly toasted at low temperatures to intensify the flavor and enhance digestibility. Afterwards, mixed with the other ingredients, they are cold-ground until they reach the ideal smoothness. Our resulting CreMà is without gluten, naturally without lactose, milk, GMOs, soy and derivatives, and is suitable for a vegan diet.

Recommendations for use: Delicate, sweet and natural cream, perfect for breakfast and snacks. Particularly suggested to prepare sweets and ice cream.

Allergens: Almonds, possible traces of other types of nuts and fragments of shells.

Characteristics: Product without gluten and naturally without lactose. Vegan product without soy.
