The organic “Filippo Cea” almonds of Toritto are renowned as one of the best almonds in Italy and in the whole world.

PEEL – The peel of these almonds is rich in polyphenols with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory functions and several more nutrients which protect the gastrointestinal system, thus it would be best to consume them with their peel.

FLAVOR – Unshelled almonds have a much more pronounced flavor compared to peeled ones, as they weren’t processed further after their shell’s removal. The uniqueness of its sweet and delicate taste with aromas of butter, its fragrance, softness, its composition of unsaturated fat acids and proteins make this almond the perfect snack, energy source for physical activity and also essential for confectionery preparations, such as almond milk.
