Apricot Flower is a light version of the classic Puglian apricot jam. It is called "light" because it contains a high percentage of fruit and a minimal amount of added sugar. As proof of this, the taste of the product retains the slight acidic note typical of the fruit. It is an ideal product for delicious breakfasts and for filling cakes and pies. The apricots, washed, sorted and peeled, are cooked in boiling water, then passed and pitted through our special sieve. The puree is then cooked, with a minimal addition of sugar and fruit pectin.
